How We Checked

Method

• Our checking rule: an item appears on the public site only if at least two independent sources confirm it, and we saved a screenshot of each one. Our own notes or analysis are not counted as a source. Only items confirmed by two independent, published sources appear on the public site. Full audit: verification/VERIFICATION.md.
• Entries are drawn from our saved working files (990 XML, Registrar files, court judgment, Telegram captures, screenshots). Public sources used for the organizations and history pages are linked inline.
• Tags: [DOC] the document itself; [SEC] secondary source; [INF] inference. “Unproven” means not established either way.
• Times are Eastern Time, converted from UTC data. Severity differences between Ichud Hatzalah of Israel 1221 and MDA may have innocent explanations (re-assessment after treatment). Nothing here asserts intent.
• X content appears only as screenshots. No Israeli ID numbers or family/residence details are published.
